Sher Singh
CHAIR
Sher Singh NFBPWC - California is the BPW International Standing Commitee Arts & Culture Chair. She holds other positions from national to local BPWs. Her Dance engagement and DEI work spans from CA to NY. She worked with non-profits on DEI and art and dance programs. Served 25 years, on 17 civic organizations in NY. Sher has a vast professional portfolio. She is certified using dance for Alzheimer’s and brain trauma patients. She has done classes for a vast range of students. Sher’s dream is to explore alongside others, using art and culture to uplift all women everywhere.
Jalpa H Vithalani
TEAM LEADER
BPW International / India member Jalpa H Vithalani is a businesswoman, artist, and gallerist who founded Cosmic Heart Gallery; a space dedicated to offering exquisite art collections & promoting veterans in art & young talent. The gallery was one of the 16 international galleries invited to showcase their work at Art Bahrain Across Borders 2019, held under The Patronage of Her Royal Highness, Princess Sabeeka Al Khalifa. Jalpa has curated over 200 events related to art, culture, and music in a short span of 10 years. Each exhibition is an all- immersive experience that feeds her belief in a world without borders.

Jalpa was recently recognized with the Women Empowerment Principles Leadership Award by AsiaOne 2020-21, CNBCTV18; United Nations Development Corporation (UNDP). In October 2022 she was felicitated with the Times Women Icon 2022 award by the prestigious Times Group; for her outstanding contribution in the field of Logistics, Arts & Social Work and making a difference in society at large.
Esra Kiraz
DESIGNER
BPW Istanbul / Turkey member Esra Kiraz is an industrial designer. She is specialized in packaging and working as a designer over 25 years on that market. She is also teaching product design in the University and she is a founder lecturer in Packaging Design programme in Fatih Sultan Mehmet University in Turkey. Besides, she produces pop displays trade show booths and promotional products in her own company since 2015. Her passion is to design creatively in every second of her life to create a better world.
Sue Oser
EDITOR
NFBPWC-Michigan member Susan Oser is a TESOL (Teacher of English to Speakers of Other Languages)-certified teacher for Carrot Global.
She has been heavily involved with BPW for many years in various committees and formats. She is a creative spirit who used that to her advantage with her freelance writing and editing as well as being a DJ and staff member for NK Airplay Radio. Creating has always been Susan’s passion. Susan believes that arts and culture are important because they are a gateway to getting others to understand who we are and what we want to say when just a mere speech or explanation will not.
Lea-Ann W. Berst

NFBPWC-North Carolina member Lea-Ann W. Berst is a professional filmmaker and global activation marketer.
As a filmmaker, Lea-Ann is known for her work as a writer and producer of movies focused on cultural change. She is focused on activation marketing and partnership-building efforts designed to deepen and advance the positive impact a film can have on our culture.
Lea-Ann is also a public speaker who speaks to online and in-person audiences about recognizing sexism, learning to be better allies at work, school, and in the community, and how to empower the next generation to be more inclusive.

Subarna Prajapati
MEMBER
FBWN member Subarna Prajapati is a professional teacher/master trainer with 20 years of experience. She graduated from Tribhuvan University in Nepal with a Masters in Business Administration and a Bachelors in supervision and administrative education. She joined BPW Nepal in 2001 with eagerness to start a chapter in Bhaktapur district .
A group of enthusiastic young ladies supported and Founded the Thimi chapter under her leadership in 2002. Subarna represents Thimi Chapter on the BPW executive board as executive member. With over two decades in the BPW family, she had helped conduct many development and women empowerment projects.
She had worked with multi-ethnic, multi-cultural and multi-religious communities. She thinks art can help express common values, virtues and morals of different ethnicity, racial groups and communities which helps to appreciate each other.
Ibiyemi Axelle Karen D'Almeida
MEMBER
A member of the BPW Cotonou Benin (West Africa) executive team, Ibiyemi Axelle Karen D'Almeida is an African fashion designer and accessorist dedicated to playing a role in the conservation of the planet's resources. Using her vision of transformation from the old to the new, Axelle recycles everyday objects into works of art & decorative items.
She also trains young women in rural areas, with a special focus on school dropouts, to empower them and bring in financial independence. Because many of these young girls turn to prostitution to earn money, Axelle works with them to channel their creative energies towards generating an income with art and traditional handicrafts.
Prati Maya Pun
MEMBER
Prati Maya Pun is the President of BPW Sunakothi (local Chapter of BPW Nepal). BPW Sunakothi is actively working on health and legal awareness, literacy, sensitization and socio-economic empowerment programs, income generation and environment related programs.
Prati Maya Pun is the proprietor at Chhang Geen Woollen Industry Nepal since 2015. Their motto is is 'Produce Product Locally, Promote it Globally'. She is also working for Social Welfare Council Government of Nepal as a Consultant to Monitoring and Evaluation of the projects run by INGOs/NGOs in Nepal since 2019.
Francesca Calero
MEMBER
Francesca Calero defines herself as a multidisciplinary artist, motivated by the 'rescue' of 19th century works of the Spanish lyric genre, considered one of the most important Spanish singers on the DICCIONARIO de la Zarzuela.

She has been conducted by prestigious conductors in international stages in operatic and symphonic roles. Francesca is the founder of chamber groups like Three Portraits; Acento Ibérico, In nomine Bach. She won the Platinum award for Gala Latina - Pópera recorded by UNIVERSAL MUSIC.

Francesa is the Deputy Secretary General of the Spanish Lyric Artists Union- ALE, cultural producer.
